Curating Shows from
Taqueria Pancho Villa
&
El Cafetazo

Arte Unidos is a community curation project that dates back to the early 90’s to 2000’s. Formerly ran and operated by Maestro Antonio Huerta who was known in the community as an educator and mentor. He held connections to local businesses and would curate group and solo shows. When he passed he left Pancho Villa to Alejandra’s mentor, Myrna Funes, who also curated work from El Cafetazo and Shaska.

This opportunity is free and open to all artists, priority goes to historically excluded, marginalized, LOCAL BIPOC artists.

We provide the opportunity for artists to be a part of solo or group shows from local businesses! We provide artists with mentoring on how to prepare, hang, and exhibit their work.
